COLLI TORTONESI DOC CORTESE

This typical Piedmontese wine is obtained from the white wine-making of the best grapes of our business. 

Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and a delicate scent, characteristic slightly fruity, dry taste, slightly acid with a good stuff.

Excellent as aperitif, this wine is also very versatile for the whole meal: it is particularly indicated with mixed horsd'ouevre, fish dishes, white meat, eggs and cheese; better to drink when young, year by year.
